At Band & Bezel, your satisfaction is the most important. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, please see below for our returns & exchange policy. 

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  1. Eligibility: Products must be in original condition, unused and with all original tags attached.
  2. Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  3. Process: Contact customer service at to initiate the return or exchange process and to receive a return authorization number.
  4. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please ship the product to the following address: 1788 Gilmore Avenue, Suite 3101, Burnaby British Columbia V5C 0L5, Canada.
  5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  6. Exchanges: If exchanging for a different item, the process will simply be a combination of two processes: a return of the old item as per the above steps and a new purchase for the new item.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is received damaged or defective, customer service should be contacted immediately for resolution.

Note: Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return or exchange. If your situation is not covered by the above scenarios, don't hesitate to contact customer service at
