How much does shipping cost?
Lettermail shipping in Canada & the US is free. Tracked expedited shipping option is available at an extra charge, dependent on destination, but free for orders of $100 or more.
International shipping will be via Canadapost or DHL and cost will be dependent on destination country.
Order has been placed. When can I expect to receive it?
After order confirmation, we will ship out the order within 1-2 business days.
Shipping speed will be dependent on the shipping method and destination:
- Lettermail shipments within Canada delivery times are between 2 to 4 business days
- Tracked regular parcel shipping within Canada delivery times are between 1-3 business days
- Lettermail shipments to the US delivery times are between 4-6 business days
- Tracked packet – USA delivery times are 4-7 business days
- International Shipping delivery times are between X business days
Returns & Refund
The strap has arrived, but I would like to return it. Is this possible?
We value your purchase satisfaction the most, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept full returns within 30 days from delivery as long as the strap is in unworn condition. Once a strap has been worn or tried on, it can unfortunately no longer be returned. Return shipping cost will not be covered unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Can I still cancel an order?
If you have not received a fulfilled order confirmation since your original order confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible for a cancellation request.
If the product has been shipped, you may go through the standard return process once you have received the product.
When will I get my refund after a return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Each Band & Bezel leather strap is fully handmade using generation-old leathercrafting techniques and the highest level of materials from all over the world.

What is the warranty period for your products?
We pride ourselves with our products and will offer lifetime warranty for all of them. This warranty means that we will cover any defects in the product for the lifetime of the product. If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect, the manufacturer will replace the product free of charge.
However, it's important to note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which is the natural deterioration of the product over time. If the product fails due to wear and tear, the warranty will not apply.
